January 30/08: CPT Entertainment is proud to be a part of upcoming “Race Time Radio” (RTR) broadcasts, in promotion of the CPT Racing Experience (March 15 & 16 at the London Convention Centre).
Race Time Radio is broadcast every Monday night at 8:00 p.m. from its home station, 560AM CFOS in Owen Sound. The show has also gained a loyal following throughout Ontario and beyond thanks to its live internet broadcasts (available through www.racetimeradio.com or www.560cfos.ca). RTR also archives all its shows online so that fans may go back and listen to any past broadcast they chose at whatever time they want.
CPT Entertainment will support the show in the weeks leading in to the CPT Racing Experience. Live announcements will take place each week from February 4th through the event at the Convention Centre. A live interview to discuss the CPT Racing Experience is tentatively scheduled for the March 10th broadcast.
RTR’s mission is to present race fans with the most up-to-date racing information for the Ontario racing scene. The show also gives fans an opportunity to call in and discuss hot topics in racing and often features live interviews with track promoters, drivers, traveling series operators, team members, and others that shape the sport.
Race Time Radio is hosted by Fred Wallace, Joe Chisholm and Bob Sanders.
Wallace, the current play-by-play voice of the Owen Sound Attack, served as announcer for the Alstar Late Model Series from 2001 through 2006.
Chisholm, who owned Sauble Speedway from 1994 to 2007, also started the Alstar Late Model Super Series in 1997 and guided the series through many very successful seasons.
Bob Sanders is a racing enthusiast who has been involved in motorsports on many different levels. He brings a unique and varied perspective to the broadcasts.
